INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

1) Exceptions:

Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.

 

2) Customs Duties:

Shipments from all our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers, especially if you choose DHL shipping for your order. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price.

 

3) Receiving Time:

For in-stock products, your receiving time will contain 1-5 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed above. For pre-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed above. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

RETURNS

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE A ITEM?

1. Send an email to: alexxssand@gmail.com

2. In the email, tell us your order number, and the item(s) you would like to return.

3. Please note that you can only submit ONE request for each order.

4. We'll be in touch with instructions for return after we receive your information within 48 business hours. Please be aware that refunds are provided in the form of a Miss Rosier e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. Customers will be charged an $6 restocking fee per item.

HOW RETURN WORKS?

Return processing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to 2-3 weeks from the date received to be processed.

We will make sure to send you an email once the returned item(s) have been received. Refunds are provided in the form of a Alexsand e-gift card, which exclude original shipping costs. Customers will be charged an $6 restocking fee per item. 

30 DAYS TO EXCHANGE

We understand that sometimes preferences may change, and size does not work out perfectly all the time. We strive to provide a hassle-free exchange experience for our valued customers. Items eligible for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags/packaging intact.  Exchanges are subject to product availability.

P.S.

Returns that are damaged, worn, or without the original packaging and hangtags will not be accepted. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, your return may be refused.
